Brunch 8 am – 5 pm · Lunch from noon · Pizza from 5 pmAt CHAK, breakfast and brunch run from 8 am to 5 pm, Friday to Wednesday. Toasted sourdough with salmon gravlax or beet hummus, Huevos Chak, Argentine medialunas and açaí bowls, with a flat white, a latte or cold brew.
The dining room is enclosed and air-conditioned, a break from Tulum's hottest hours. We're at Plaza Santa Rosa, on the corner of Calle 7 Sur and Calle 8 Sur.

Sourdough toasts
Toasted sourdough with chickpea and beet hummus, sliced avocado, a poached egg and pumpkin seeds, with radishes and sprouts.
Toasted sourdough with our salmon gravlax over citrus ricotta, sliced avocado, a poached egg and sesame seeds, with a touch of truffle.
Toasted sourdough over muhammara (roasted pepper and walnut spread), mixed mushrooms, a little goat cheese, cherry tomatoes, fresh oregano and carrot oil.

Fried eggs over fresh tomato and basil sauce with mozzarella and a little goat cheese. Served with sourdough toast.
